Every Shade Shed is designed with a 75mm overhanging roof, so it’s simple and straight forward to attach a guttering kit. The ridges on the roof run from front to back, so the rain will run either off the front or the back of the Shed (depending on construction method)
Shade Sheds are engineered to only have 2 sides enclosed to maintain the appropriate wind or cyclone rating. If you require the sides of the shade shed to be enclosed inform your sales representative and you can be quoted for additional wall sheeting.
All Shade & Shed products come complete with an engineered set of plans which can be used for council approval. Our products are designed with the features to allow the sheds to be a transportable unit, however it is the customer’s responsibility to apply for council approval.
Yes we do deliver Australia wide or you can collect for our Depot. We transport our sheds to most areas ensuring our product arrives to the customer in the same condition as leaving the depot. We also provide very competitive freight cost along our delivery route.
Yes all of our sheds are made in Australia with Australian Products and come with a 10 year structural warranty and a 10 year warranty on the colorbond sheeting.

Customers must pay a deposit when ordering the goods and a full payment is required before the products are delivered to the customer. We have Eftpos facilities which can be processed over the phone. We accept credit cards, direct debit (EFT), cheques to E.P.M. Shade Sheds as well as offering finance options.
A standard shade shed comes in Zincalume sheeting and flashing. This can be upgraded to Colorbond Steel roofing and flashing for a minimal price. We use high-quality Colorbond Steel roofing available in the full designer range of colours.
